Spiritfall - My personal re-awakening...
The journey to my latest release, "SpiritFall," is one that holds a special place in my heart. Inspired by the profound words of Joel Chapter 2, this song is more than just melodies and rhythms; it's a soulful invocation.
You see, I was reminded—no, reawakened—to the notion that my strength, my creativity, my very essence emanates not from me, but from Jesus. Often, we get caught up in our own abilities, our own talents, and forget that the true source of all these gifts is something far greater. Everything we seek in life, whether it's peace, love, or inspiration, we will find in Him.
But there's a caveat: to receive these divine blessings, we must be in the right spiritual and emotional place. We must be present in His presence. As Joel prophesized, the Spirit is being poured out, but the question begs: Are we in the right place to receive it?
My song "SpiritFall" serves as a clarion call to this truth. It's an urging for us all to examine where we stand in our spiritual journey. Are we so mired in our own world that we fail to realize the celestial outpouring happening right before us? Or are we standing, arms and hearts wide open, in a place where we can wholly embrace what is being offered?
So, when you listen to "SpiritFall," let it be more than just a musical experience. Let it be a spiritual affirmation, prompting you to ask yourself: "Am I in the right place to receive?" The Spirit is pouring; don't let it go to waste.
And so, the melody of this chapter in my life concludes, but the song—your song, our song—plays on.
